Rtriv+ Sales Terms

The free offer includes 10 analyses per 30-day period. When a referral meets the conditions displayed in the app, the referrer and the invited person each receive 3 additional analyses.

Rtriv+ provides immediate analyses without a quantitative limit, together with the other premium features described in the app at purchase. Features may evolve, but an essential feature will not be withdrawn during an already-paid period except for legal, security or third-party platform reasons.

Rtriv+ is offered monthly or annually. The price, currency, taxes and period shown by the App Store before confirmation govern. Apple collects payment and provides the receipt.

A trial may be offered depending on the offer and eligibility determined by Apple. Unless cancelled before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period until cancelled under Apple’s displayed deadlines.

Manage or cancel through Apple Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases is available in the app for the Apple account used for purchase.

Deleting the Rtriv account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel separately in App Store settings. Account and data access ends under the Privacy Policy even where a subscription period remains.

Apple manages the purchase flow and refund requests, subject to mandatory law. Where immediate digital-service performance lawfully removes a withdrawal right, Apple obtains the necessary confirmations during purchase. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support.

Consumers benefit from mandatory digital-service conformity guarantees. Where defective, they may request correction free of charge and within a reasonable time; where law provides, a price reduction or termination may follow. This does not prejudice transaction claims against Apple.

French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or access to competent courts under applicable rules.
